It covers many topics, which is critically important in the serious crime site, like active listening skill, safe talk, role-playing, etc. This course provides them how to approach and deal with hostage and non-hostage situations, and also they have opportunities to study of the listening techniques through understanding the motivation and personalities of offenders. |
